Bio: Skip started in the auto business as a salesperson in the early 70's. He met his wife when she and a girlfriend came in for a test drive. Later Skip left the auto business to go into the restaurant business for 8 years. After selling the restaurant, Skip went to work for GE Capital as a representative for the sub-prime market in the MD-VA-DE area where he achieved the top rank as the leading representative in the entire east coast. After GE closed that division, Skip went back into the auto business as a Director of Finance at Universal Ford. When they sold, in 2003, Skip came to Koons.

Skip is a published author of suspense, chiller romance, and love poetry. Skip donates 100% of the royalties from his book of poetry, "Solitary Thoughts, Wings of a Love" to the Baltimore Ronald McDonald House of Baltimore where he volunteers. One of his recent novels, a suspense romance, "Dangerous Love, 2010 A.D." is doing very well with 5-star reviews on Barnes and Noble and Amazon.com. His latest completed novel, "The Ghost of Governor's Bridge," was selected to have a movie trailer shoot, which will take place soon.

Skip has been happily married for 29 years to his lovely wife, Maria, and they have one beautiful daughter, Christina and two dogs: a Chocolate Lab named Reese and a Rottweiler/Lab mix named Alexis. Skip and his family are members of the Greek Cathedral of the Annunciation Church in Baltimore. Skip has served on the Parish Council and the auditing committee and been chairperson of the Greek Festival, the Cathedral Ball, and the Cathedral picnic. Skip became an Eagle Scout in 1964.
